Long, slender, all black, body with a small, tapered head. Lips and snout
sometimes white. Cape dark and straight along the body. Dorsal fin situated
just behind the midpoint of the back and can range from clearly rounded
to sharply pointed at the tip. Pectoral fins long and rounded. Tooth counts
range from 8 to 13 pairs of teeth in each jaw.
